How redesigns workMy Process
- Discovery - a conversation about your business, what the site needs to do, and who you want it to reach. You get a real timeline and a real number before anything begins.
- Words and pictures - you describe your business in your own words and send me whatever real photos you have. I shape the writing so it reads well and brings people in, you tell me what I got wrong, and I edit again. No stock photography, ever.
- Build - design and development, with check-ins as it comes together. Two rounds of revisions are included, so you can change your mind without the project drifting.
- Launch - I handle the domain and the hosting, so the technical side never lands on your desk. The site goes live with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and analytics working from day one.
- Afterwards - optional ongoing care: security updates, backups, monitoring, and a note from me every week or two on how your site is actually doing.

I started M.C. Innovates because I wanted to work directly with the people I build for. There's a version of this job where you're one more name inside a larger company, shipping sites for businesses you never actually speak to. I would rather sit down with someone, hear how they'd describe their own business in their own words, and build the thing together from there.
I am not a web developer to build Lego sets. I am a web developer to add personality and flair to the online presence of the businesses I help. A template snaps together the same way for everyone who buys it - your business doesn't work like that, and the site representing it shouldn't either.
Most small businesses end up with a template, or a stripped-back site they put together themselves that does the bare minimum. Those sites tend to be slow, organized in ways nobody can follow, and short on anything visual enough to hold a visitor's attention, which quietly costs their owner the customers the site was supposed to bring in. Then changing one small detail later means paying the company that sold them the template. I built M.C. Innovates to work around every part of that.
